Contingency Recruitment
We work on a no win, no fee basis. Meaning we do all the work and only once you offer a candidate, the fee is payable.
Our fee’s differ from one client to the next and is dependent on the commitment we receive from a client to place that particular position. We have clear expectations from both sides to ensure a smooth working relationship.

Executive Search
This is a more focused way of searching for a candidate that involves a pure headhunting assignment. Extensive research is done to ensure that every single person in the market is carefully approached and only the top 5 are selected for an interview with our firm. The process is extremely confidential and candidates feel are much more open to enter in a process if they know its an executive search.
Out of the 5 candidates, the top 3 are selected and sent to the client.
The client also receives a market report on who we spoke to and why they wont make sense.
This option is always advised for more senior positions and 80% of senior employees are NOT actively in the job market.

Checks and Reference
Head Space will do professional references and checks on candidates that the client found on their own means at a much reduced fee.

Response Handling
When a company put out an ad, they have no idea how many wrong CV’s they will receive. Most of the time, companies dont have the capacity or time to go through that response. Thats where we come in.
We will manage the ad from the start and only send you the CV’s that you would be interested to have a conversation with.
At a small additional fee, we will even do a specialized search to send additional CV’s through our business network that you will definitely be keen to speak to.
This is a nice option when you are on a tight budget but dont need the full recruitment service.
