1. Leadership:

2. Financial Control:
o Oversee Shared Service, Transactional, and Accounting functions for accurate month-end reporting.
o Manage Working Capital (Debtors, Creditors, Cash) accurately.
o Review and approve creditor payments and bank transactions.
o Handle banking relations and ensure a stable financing environment.
o Coordinate external audits and financial statements.
o Keep company secretarial documents updated and compliant.
o Prepare and submit tax returns on time.
o Assist in managing insurance policies to mitigate risks.
o Ensure monthly financial reports are accurate and timely.
o Maintain asset registers, company vehicles, cell phones, expense claims, and petty cash.
o Lead the budgeting process with Sales and Logistics.
o Implement internal controls and policies for efficient processes.
3. Trade Finance (Transactional):
o Manage weekly payment processes.
o Handle foreign exchange requirements and improve FEC Summary sheet efficiency.
o Align processes and controls between departments.
o Work with the sales team to ensure accurate invoicing.
o Act as Finance Representative.
o Record and validate FEC transactions.
o Assist with pre-season cost setup to ensure accurate cost recovery.
o Lead end-of-season pool reconciliation.
o Report to various stakeholders accurately.
o Assist with exceptional claim pay-out calculations and confirm accuracy.
What We're Looking For
1. Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Management Accounting (Honour’s degree preferred).
o Registered with SAICA or CIMA (essential).
o Driver’s License (essential).
2. Experience:
o Experience in a commercial multinational company (preferred).
o ERP system experience (preferred).
o Inventory experience (preferred).
3. Skills:
o Leadership and management experience (essential).
o Financial planning and analysis experience (essential).
o Ability to work with and analyze large data sets (essential).
